Citizen Ahmad Khaled Mohammad received a bullet in his shoulder as he was on his motorcycle in Adous town in Bekaa, when an anonymous aboard a tinted 4x4 opened fire at him, National News Agency correspondent reported on Tuesday.
The wounded has been transferred to a nearby hospital; his condition is stable.
