On 05 Apr 17, in Zahle-Bekaa, a large number of freelancers in the industrial city of Zahle gathered and blocked the road with burning tires in protest against the increase in Syrian labor and the competition of Lebanese workers and stakeholders. They pleaded officials to intervene to reduce the aggravation of the matter before its escalation into a negative impact.
