NNA - The General Security Directorate issued on Thursday the following statement:
"Within the framework of its pursuit of terrorist groups and dormant cells affiliated to them, the General Security Directorate arrested, as per the notice of the concerned prosecution, a Lebanese and a Syrian who provided refuge for fugitive members of a terrorist group, and helped them escape toward the Syrian territory to join the ranks of a terrorist organization.
Upon thorough interrogation, the arrestees pled guilty to all the abovementioned charges and were referred to the competent judicial authority. Work is underway to arrest the remaining involved persons." http://nna-leb.gov.lb/en/show-news/61608/General-Security-One-Lebanese-o...
