The General Security today arrested Lebanese M.H. for involvement in terrorist acts, a communiqué by the General Security's General Directorate indicated on Wednesday.
During interrogations, the man admitted belonging to a terrorist group in Arsal outskirts, and having fought alongside the group against the Lebanese army in Arsal.
He added that he had transferred suicide-bombers who had blew themselves up near the Iranian Embassy in Beirut, and planned for executing a suicide-bombing against an army outpost or a party office.
The arrested also acknowledged the arrival of two booby-trapped cars to Lebanon.
