صدر عن المديرية العامة للأمن العام بيانا اعلنت فيه انه "نتيجة رصد ومتابعة نشاطات المجموعات الارهابية والخلايا النائمة التابعة لها، وبناء لإشارة النيابة العامة، أوقفت المديرية العامة للأمن العام السوري "ب.ح" لإنتمائه الى جيش الاسلام وإلتحاقه لاحقا في صفوف جبهة النصرة في جرود عرسال حيث عمل لصالحها في المجالين الأمني واللوجستي إضافة إلى مشاركته في مهاجمة مراكز الجيش اللبناني خلال معارك عرسال.
وبعد انتهاء التحقيق معه أحيل إلى القضاء المختص.
