The General Security Directorate on Thursday issued the following statement:

"In the framework of tracking terrorist groups and sleeping cells affiliated to them, the General Security arrested today three Syrians suspected of belonging to al-Nusra Front. After investigations, the arrestees admitted that they partook in Arsal battles with al-Nusra Front against the Lebanese army whereby they killed a number of army individuals. The arrestees were handed over to the competent authorities."
