بعد عمليات إحتيالية عديدة طالت عددا من الشركات والتجار في مناطق مختلفة، تمكنت المديرية العامة لأمن الدولة في مدينة جبيل، من توقيف اللبناني(ن.ح.) بالجرم المشهود أثناء قيامه بعملية نصب بموجب شيك مزور حيث تم وقيفه، كما تم توقيف مشغله المدعو (ح.ع.) وضبط في حوزته دفاتر شيكات مزورة وموقعة وجاهزة لعمليات النصب وجميعها من دون رصيد، كما اعترف بتجوله بهوية مزورة. وتبين لاحقا وجود بلاغات وأحكام عدلية في حقهما
