وطنية - صدر عن المديرية العامة للأمن العام، البيان الآتي:
"في إطار متابعة ورصد نشاطات المجموعات الارهابية والخلايا النائمة التابعة لها، أوقفت المديرية العامة للأمن العام بناء لإشارة النيابة العامة المختصة اللبناني (ع.ع) لإنتمائه الى تنظيم ارهابي وتواصله مع أشخاص ارهابيين.
نتيجة التحقيق معه، اعترف بإنتمائه ومبايعته لتنظيم داعش الارهابي من خلال أمير التنظيم في وادي خالد اللبناني (م.ص) الملقب أبو معاذ، وانه ناشط مع آخرين في مجال تجارة الاسلحة والذخائر لصالح التنظيم المذكور بالاضافة الى تجنيده أشخاصا وتعبئتهم بهدف الالتحاق بصفوفه والقتال الى جانبه في سوريا والعراق.
بعد انتهاء التحقيق معه، أحيل الى القضاء المختص والعمل جار لتوقيف باقي الاشخاص المتورطين".
