The General Security General Directorate issued a statement on Monday saying that it has apprehended two Syrians, whom after investigations have admitted links and affiliation to a terrorist organization.
One of the two Syrians confessed having taken part in armed clashes against the Lebanese Army in Arsal. The other one confessed having worked in trafficking arms and munitions in the service of terrorists in Arsal outskirts.
Following investigations, both arrestees were referred to the concerned judicial sides.
