On 30 Dec 15, at 1100hrs, a gathering in commemoration of the Dean of prisoners, Martyr Samir Kuntar, will take place in front of the headquarters of the International Committee for the Red Cross in, Sadat Street, Hamra-Beirut upon the invitation of the Khiam Rehabilitation Center for Torture Victims and the Follow-up Committee for supporting the detainees.
