State Security arrested a man involved in fraud cases targeting Lebanese, Gulf, Iraqi and Turkish nationals, for large sums of money, a statement from the body said Friday.
The suspect is reportedly a Lebanese national.
State Security was granted permission to circulate the photo of the detainee, asking victims to take necessary legal measures.
