A man killed four people in Achkout - Kesrouan, following a neighborhood dispute, reported NNA correspondent.
The victims: Jean-Paul, Paul and Isabelle Hebballah and Antoine Chidiac lost their lives immediately.
"The dog of the victims was annoying killer's girl which pushed him to shoot the dog owner and her parents," according to the same source.
