Fishermen find body of Syrian boy in Akkar port

Fishermen from the northern town of Akkar discovered the body of a Syrian boy in Abdeh Port.

The fishermen contacted the Lebanese Red Cross, and the boy was transferred to the Abdullah al-Rasi public hospital.

A forensic scientist is investigating the cause of death.

Security forces and the Lebanese Army are also conducting an investigation.

The boy was identified as M.M., born in 2000.
