A family lost contact with their daughter Hayath H. after she left her university in Beirut and took a cab home, as reported by the NNA correspondent.
The girl's father Mahmoud H. filed a claim whereby he said he lost contact with his daughter who might have been kidnapped by the taxi driver as the girl talked to her fiancé while in the cab and said she wasn't comfortable with what was happening since the driver intended to lock the car doors.
Nothing was heard from the girl afterward.
