On 10 Jan 15, at around 1800hrs, unidentified people in a vehicle tossed a bag containing explosive chemical material in Roum area, Jezzine-South Lebanon, after they were surprised by an ISF checkpoint in the area. The bag contained around 35 explosive sticks each of which had “Saudi Arabian Chemicals” printed on it. The explosive material was confiscated by the LAF. Investigations are ongoing.
