Ersal Citizen, Abdallah Mohamad Sultan, was kidnapped Saturday evening from the area of Ouzai in Beirut. Army Intelligence underwent a series of measures in tracking down the kidnapped, which were crowned with success, whereby the kidnapped was freed and is now in the Army's safe custody, a Lebanese Army communiqué indicated a while ago.
