On 15 Oct 16, a north Lebanon town was left without power after electricity cables were stolen from equipment belonging to the energy utility. A total of 150 meters of copper cables were stolen in the town of Mrah Sarraj in the northern Dinnieh district, leaving several houses without electricity. It was the third such incident in less than two months.
