On 20 Jan 17, East Lebanon Internal Security Forces (ISF) arrested a gang of three suspects in the town of al-Marj near the eastern border. Simultaneously, police arrested a fourth member of the same gang in the town of Kfar Zabad near Zahle in the central Bekaa Valley.
