Internal Security Forces (ISF)
Internal Security forces announced the arrest of a driver who had been smuggling hashish in Wadi Khaled near Lebanon's northern border with Syria. The ISF said that police had been able to find and arrest the driver following "intense investigations."
The driver was caught smuggling over a ton of hashish in an asphalt roller in Wadi Khaled in the Akkar region. It is estimated that the confiscated hashish is worth $2 million. Investigations are ongoing and security forces are searching for any accomplices linked to the incdent.
