On 03 Sep 16, the ISF managed to arrest a Lebanese National riding a motorcycle in Gemmayzeh, Beirut. He was arrested for drug dealing and captured while selling cocaine to a Syrian National who was also arrested. 22 Grams of cocaine were also seized.
