أعلنت المديرية العامة لقوى الامن الداخلي في بيان أنه "بتاريخ 2/10/2018 وفي محلة الدكوانة، ونتيجة الاستقصاءات والتحريات المكثفة، تمكنت فصيلة الدكوانة في وحدة الدرك الإقليمي من توقيف المدعو: ي. ش. (مواليد عام 1995، لبناني وضبط بحوزته 30 ظرفاً يحتوي على مادة السيلفيا"، مشيرة الى أنه "بالتحقيق معه، اعترف بترويج المخدرات وتعاطيها، وقيامه بسرقة عدد من الهواتف الخلوية وبيعها والتحقيق جار بإشراف إشارة القضاء المختص".
