Upon a tip from the Saudi police on December 30, 2015, a 26 year-old drug dealer of Syrian extraction has been arrested in Dbayeh Antilias when police uncovered in his possession up to 12 million pills of Captagon destined for Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states, the Directorate for Internal Security announced today.
The worst drug dealer ever apprehended by the police confessed to having engaged in drug trafficking for a long duration as part of a gang whose names he also disclosed prior to being referred to the court of law, the Internal Security Directorate concluded.
