أوقفت دورية من شعبة المعلومات في قوى الأمن الداخلي، بتاريخ 1 تشرين الأول 2018 وفي محلة الدورة، وبنتيجة المتابعة والرصد، المدعو: "ح. ي." هو لبناني من مواليد عام 1985، يقوم بترويج المخدرات في المحلة على متن دراجة آلية، تمّ حجزها".
وأوضحت في بلاغ، أنّ "بتفتيشه عُثر بحوزته على 72 ظرفًا يحتوي على مادة الهيرويين، ظرف بداخله مادة الكوكايين ومبلغ مالي"، مبيّنةً أنّ "بالتحقيق معه، اعترف بترويج وتعاطي المخدرات
