حصلت في الآونة الأخيرة عدة عمليات سرقة وإتجار بالمخدرات في مدينة طرابلس وضواحيها.
نتيجة للاستقصاءات والتحريات المكثفة، وفي خلال عملية أمنية نوعية ودقيقة، تمكنت مفرزة إستقصاء الشمال في وحدة الدرك الإقليمي في مخيم البداوي، من توقيف أحد اخطر المطلوبين للقضاء وأكبر تجار المخدرات في الشمال، وذلك بعد أن عمد وبعض مناصريه الى إطلاق النار باتجاه الدورية التي ردت بالمثل، ويدعى خ. و. ( مواليد 1960، فلسطيني).
ضبط بحوزته مسدس حربي وكمية من المخدرات. وقد تبين انه مطلوب للقضاء بموجب 127 مذكرة عدلية بجرائم سرقة ومخدرات.التحقيق جار بإشراف القضاء المختص".
