أفاد مراسل "النشرة" في صيدا بأنّ "عناصر الجيش اللبناني أطلقوا النار عند الحاجز العسكري لمخيم عين الحلوة لجهة الحسبة، بعدما لم يمتثل سائق أجرة (أيمن. ع) للأوامر، ودخل إلى المخيم، حيث جرت اتصالات عاجلة مع القوى الفلسطينية؛ وبعد دقائق سلّم نفسه إلى مخابرات الجيش على الحاجز نفسه".
