أُصيب لبنانيون وسوريون بجروح، إثر إشكالات وتضارب في ما بينهم، بسبب حركات إستفزازية في المبنى نفسه ببلدة بترومين، ونقلوا على إثرها إلى مستشفى الشفاء.
وكان قد عمد مجهول إلى إطلاق الرصاص، وقد تدخلت الأجهزة الأمنية لمعالجة الإشكال وملاحقة المعتدين
