وطنية - انطلقت من ساحة الشهداء تظاهرة بعنوان "التحرك الوطني دفاعا عن حقوق الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة في لبنان" وحمل المشاركون شعارات ورددوا هتافات مطالبة بحقوقهم وصولا الى ساحة رياض الصلح.
بعد النشيد الوطني القى منسق للتحرك الدكتور نواف كبارة كلمة اشار في مستهلها الى "تاريخ التحرك عام 2000 ووضع خريطة الطريق للانتقال من كنف الرعاية الى رحاب المواطنة"، واسف "لان شيئا لم يتحقق حيث مازال ابناؤنا يعانون من الذل امام المستشفيات ليحصلوا على الحد الادنى من الخدمات الصحية".
