On 09 Feb 16, at 1935hrs, in Riad El Solh-Downtown Beirut, Civil society activists “We Want Accountability” (Badna Nhaseb) began settling tents in preparations for the upcoming demonstration tomorrow on 10 Feb 16 in conjunction with the Cabinet session.
