The Directorate General of the Internal Security Forces Public Relations Division issued on Saturday a statement revealing that a man and his wife were arrested for prostitution and human trafficking.
Following intensive investigations, the ISF were able to lure A.M. (Jordanian national, born in 1991) and her partner Z.A. (Jordanian national, born in 1996) for hunting down potential clients over Whatsapp and charging between 300 and 500 USD for sexual services.
A.M. confessed that her husband M.A. (Jordanian national, born in 1982) have coerced her to prostitute herself under the threat of taking away her infant daughter from her. The husband denied his wife's claims.
