اعلنت المديرية العامة لقوى الامن الداخلي في بيان انه في "الساعة 12:00 من تاريخه احضرت الى مستفى الهمشري في صيدا القاصر: ( مواليد عام 2002 فلسطينية) وهي مصابة بخدوش ورضوض في انحاء جسمها وارتجاج في الدماغ نتيجة تعرضها للضرب، وادخلت قسم العناية المركزة للمعالجة.

باستماعها افادت ان والدتها: أ. ب. ( مواليد عام ١٩٨٦ لبنانية) اقدمت على ضربها بسبب تحدثها مع شخص على الهاتف، وان والدها المدعو: س.خ. ( مواليد عام 1981 ، فلسطيني) اقدم على ضربها ايضاً واحرقها بشيش اللحمة.

على الأثر قامت دورية من شعبة المعلومات في قوى الامن الداخلي بتوقيف الوالدين داخل المستشفى، وتسليمهما الى مخفر صيدا القديمة لإجراء المقتضى باشراف القضاء المختص.
