A Syrian construction worker was injured when a shell where he was working exploded in Tripoli, a source told The Daily Star.
The victim, Ibrahim Nebhan, was working on a bridge that connects the northern cities of Tripoli and Mina when the shell, left over from a previous conflict, blew up.
The Red Cross rushed Nebhan to the Islamic Hospital in Tripoli, where he passed away, the source said.
