A new round of severe clashes has erupted between Nusra Front and Daesh militants since noon, and still continues in Arsal outskirts, NNA field reporter said on Friday, adding that the clashes extended to reach different parts of the region. Many casualties have fallen on both sides of the clash, NNA reporter added, noting that the clashes have rattled Arsal residents.
