Citizen survives kidnapping attempt in Arsal

The citizen Joseph Emile Bashaalani on Tuesday survived a kidnapping attempt, after his "pickup" vehicle came under fire by unknown assailants in Arsal, NNA correspondent reported.
Bashaalani managed to escape as the assailants attempted to kidnap him, and he is currently present at the Lebanese army intelligence bureau in Ras Baalbeck.
