NNA - Citizen Mouwaffaq W., born 1989, was arrested today at Tal Amara-Riaq security checkpoint, as logos and anthem of ISIS as well as a picture of Abu Mosaab Zarqawi were found in his cell phone, National News Agency correspondent reported on Friday.
