NNA - ISF members manning Dahr Baydar checkpoint opened fire at a car that failed to comply with orders to stop, NNA field correspondent to Zahle reported.
The car was forced to stop and it was discovered that the silver Toyota Prado was stolen. The driver, identified as M.A.H. was arrested.
