The Lebanese Army Command's Directorate General on Friday issued a communique saying that at 12:00 pm the army grabbed hold of a bomb weighing 60 kg prepared for explosion inside a waste barrel in Ras As-Serj in Arsal.
Immediately an army unit cordoned off the area and dismantled it before starting investigations in this regard.
