كشفت المديرية العامة للدفاع المدني اللبناني، أنّ "عناصر من الدفاع المدني نقلوا جثّة رجل من التابعية المصرية من داخل غرفته عند مفترق مجدل عنجر بالبقاع، إلى مستشفى الياس الهراوي في زحلة"، موضحةً أنّه "تمّ نقل الجثة بعد استكمال الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة".
