شعبة العلاقات العامة البلاغ الاتي: "بتاريخ 5/11/2018 ادعت السيدة: مسيت ب. من التابعية البنغلادشية، أن شقيقها سيف الإسلام ب. (مواليد العام 1995) حضر الى محلة خلدة لزيارة: س. ب. (مواليد العام 1985، بنغلادشي) وباتصالها بشقيقها رد عليها س. المذكور وطلب منها مبلغ 60000$ لإطلاق سراحه، وإلا سيقوم بقتله وتقطيع جثته.
نتيجة التحريات والاستقصاءات المكثفة التي قامت بها شعبة المعلومات في قوى الامن الداخلي، تمكنت وفي أقل من 48 ساعة من تحديد مكان تواجد الفاعل لدى شخص آخر في محلة دوحة الحص.
على الفور، دهمت قوة من الشعبة المنزل وحررت المخطوف وأوقفت الخاطفين وهما كل من: س. ب. (مواليد العام 1985، بنغلادشي)س. م. (مواليد العام 1972، بنغلادشي) وضبط في حوزتهما مبلغ 2650$ عائدا للمخطوف.
بالتحقيق معهما، اعترفا بما نسب إليه، كون ل: س. ب. مبلغ مالي بذمة شقيق المخطوف
