BEIRUT: The Internal Security Forces announced the arrest of two individuals for multiple vehicle thefts.
The suspects were identified as 30-year-old Syrian H.S. and Lebanese H.M., 25.
The ISF said that the two men had been arrested separately Monday and Tuesday in the suburbs of Haret Hreik, south of Beirut and Sin al-Fil, north of the capital, respectively.
H.S. admitted to stealing eight vehicles, while H.M. admitted to lifting 15 vehicles.
Both admitted to having had accomplices in their crimes and that the stolen vehicles had been taken to the eastern Bekaa Valley.
