Students pitched a tent on November 9 outside the main administrative building to protest a draft policy change in May that saw the cancellation of monthly stipends for graduate assistantships.
This is part of a bigger protest undertaken by graduate assistants to put pressure on AUB, in order to increase in the overall stipend amount and the option to accept work opportunities outside of the GA program.
