The Lebanese Army Command - Orientation Directorate issued on Wednesday a statement reporting an attack against its members at a checkpoint in Wady el Hosn - Arsal.
The statement said that a number of people began crowding near the checkpoint and tried to attack the army members there at 8:00.
The army members responded to the attack with fire to disperse assaulters, causing the injury of citizen Khaled Ahmad al Hojairy.

Five others were arrested and the injured was taken to a hospital for treatment, as the statement said.
