On 18 Mar 15, two (2) Syrian gunmen in a white KIA vehicle shot to death a Lebanese national (Ali Ezzeddine, aka Ali Badriyeh) outside his house in Arsal. Later on, at 2021hrs, members of Ezzeddine's family killed senior Islamic State official Abu Omar al-Tartousi in retaliation.
