A man from Arsal has been critically wounded today in the arm and stomach by a number of assailants thought to be of Syrian extraction according NNA reporters said.
The victim who was taken to a local hospital had quarreled with the Syrians over an unknown matter and got shot many times, the same reporters concluded.
