أحالت مديرية المخابرات على القضاء المختص السوريين حسين بهرام شيخ موسى وعبد الرزاق محمد الشواخ، لتجول الأول في الأراضي اللبنانية بأوراق مزورة، استحصل عليها من الثاني الذي يعمل مع شبكة تضم أشخاصا سوريين موجودين في الخارج على تزوير مستندات لمصلحة اللاجئين السوريين في لبنان مقابل مبالغ مالية، وقد ضبطت بحوزته أعداد كبيرة من هذه المستندات تشمل بطاقات هوية، وإجازات سوق وبيانات قيد إفرادي.
