أوقف الموظف في قصر العدل في زحلة ح.س. بعدما استمعت اليه المحامية العامة الاستئنافية في البقاع ناديا عقل على خلفية "إسناد تهم تقاضي رشى من موقوف".
وتم الادعاء عليه بموجب ورقة الطلب امام قاضي التحقيق، علما أن بقية الموظفين المشتبه فيهم تركوا بسندات إقامة وهم: ع.ا.ق/ج.ط./ع.م./ا.ح./م.ي.
