أعلنت المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي في بيان أنه "توافرت معلومات لشعبة المعلومات عن نشاط أحد مروجي مادة الهيرويين في منطقة تحويطة الغدير، ويدعى: ا. ح. (مواليد عام 1991، لبناني) وهو من الأشخاص الخطرين ومسلح بصورة مستمرة، ومطلوب للقضاء بموجب خلاصتي حكم بجرم مخدرات"، مشيرة الى أنه "بتاريخ 27/6/2019، ونتيجة عمليات الرصد والمراقبة، تمكنت قوة تابعة لشعبة المعلومات في عملية نوعية وخاطفة من توقيفه
