An army unit on Wednesday arrested eight persons (three of them Syrians) during raids targeting a number of suspected hideouts of gunmen in Tripoli's Abu Samra neighborhood, seizing in in one of these places three "Kalashnikov" rifles, "RPG" and ten hand grenades, in addition to other ammunition and military materiel, Army Command-Guidance Directorate said in a communiqué. The army also raided a number of Syrian refugees' camps in the area of Minieh, arresting eight persons on suspicion of involvement with armed groups.
