أعلنت المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي في بيان أنه "نتيجةً للاستقصاءات والمتابعة ومراجعة تحاليل الأدلّة الجنائية، توافرت معلومات لدى مفرزة استقصاء الجنوب في وحدة الدرك الإقليمي، عن مشتبه به بجريمة سرقة صيدلية في بلدة حاريص بتاريخ 9/4/2017 بواسطة الكسر والخلع، وهو: ص. د. (مواليد عام 1993، لبناني) على الأثر كثفت المفرزة تحرياتها وتمكنت من معرفة مكان تواجده وتوقيفه بتاريخ 27/6/2019 في بلدة حاريص".
