أفادت المديرية العامة لقوى الامن الداخلي بأنه "توافرت معلومات لدى مكتب مكافحة المخدرات المركزي في وحدة الشرطة القضائية، حول أحد مروجي المخدرات الملقب بـ "أبو شوارب" عمره حوالي 22 سنة الذي ينشط في محيط محلة المنصورية ونتيجة الاستقصاءات والتحريات المكثفة، جرى رصده في المحلة المذكورة بتاريخ 24/6/2019، وتمكنت قوة من هذا المكتب من توقيفه، ويدعى ك. س. من مواليد عام 1996، لبناني الجنسية وبالتحقيق معه، اعترف بترويح المخدرات للعديد من الاشخاص الذين تتراوح بين الـ 20 و30 سنة، وقد استدعي عدد من زبائنه الذين اعترفوا بالاستحصال على المواد المخدرة منه وتعاطيها والتحقيق جارٍ بإشراف القضاء المختص".
