في كل من محلة الجديدة - المتن وصربا والنقاش، وبنتيجة المتابعة والرصد، تمكنت عدة دوريات من مكتب مكافحة الإتجار بالأشخاص وحماية الآداب في وحدة الشرطة القضائية، من توقيف 7 فتيات من الجنسية السورية بجرم ممارسة الدعارة، إضافة إلى توقيف، بجرم تسهيل الدعارة، كل من: ن. ز. (مواليد عام 1967، لبناني)، م.خ. (مواليد عام 2004، سوري)، خ.ع. (مواليد عام 1970، لبناني)، خ.ك. (مواليد عام 1979، سوري)، ب.خ. (مواليد عام 1976، سوري). وهذا الأخير ملقب بالقواد، إذ كان يقوم بنقل بعض الفتيات بسيارته من مكان إقامتهن إلى مكان تواجد الزبائن. وفي أثناء توقيفه حاول دهس عناصر قوى الأمن، وصدم سيارات مدنية مركونة الى جانب الطريق، مما اضطر العناصر الى إطلاق ثلاثة عيارات نارية باتجاه إطارات السيارة غير أنه فر الى جهة مجهولة. وبعد مرور ثلاث ساعات وبنتيجة المتابعة الحثيثة تم توقيفه في محلة صربا. التحقيق جار بإشراف القضاء المختص.
